Application support webinars

This series of webinars will provide support for the Armed Forces community when applying for roles within the NHS. The webinar is relevant to those applying up to band seven roles, and will provide a background of the NHS, application top tips, discuss the application process, and recommendations for key reading.

There will also be an opportunity to hear from a member of Step into Health programme alumni who will share their NHS journey, their personal top tips, and how they overcame any challenges.

The webinars will: 

  • Explain the background on the NHS, how it works, and key strategies that underpin NHS work 
  • Share application top tips 
  • Explain the application process for NHS jobs 
  • Share lived experience of programme alumni.

Dates and times:

  • Monday 8th July 2024 – 2:30pm – 4pm 
  • Tuesday 15th October 2024 – 10:30am – 12:00pm 
  • Wednesday 22nd January 2025 – 1pm – 2:30pm
